What is recorded here

Two cereal-drying kilns are within the annexe attached to the S of Site 1 that was excavated (17E0080) by Deirdre Murphy (excavations.ie 2018:805), and a third is cut into its defining ditch at S. This kiln (dims 6.4m E-W; 3.05m N-S; D 0.58m) is the most northerly of the three and was keyhole shaped originally but two recuts have misshapen it. It has the firing chamber at W and five fills of silty clays, only one of which has a charcoal content.
