Killeen Burial Ground is a disused radial stone cairn on a west-facing slope in County Cork, Ireland. People reused the ancient stones for burial, yet no graves remain visible inside. The place holds a quiet paradox: a structure built for the dead, emptied of the dead it was meant to keep.

In pasture on W-facing slope. Radial stone cairn (CO118-085---) re-used as burial ground. No burials noted in interior.
