Kilkieran Bridge gives a little grass-banked stream its own cut-limestone arch. That’s a fierce grand entrance for water that’s spent the morning coming through a ditch.
Single-arch rubble limestone road bridge over stream, c.1850. Random rubble limestone walls with rendered rubble stone rounded coping. Single camber arch with cut-limestone voussoirs, and rubble stone soffits. Sited spanning stream with grass banks to stream.
