Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1830. Recent single-bay two-storey addition to north-east and lean-to extension to south-west. Pitched artificial slate roof with uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with horizontal plat bands and sill course. Square-headed openings with one-over-one and two-over-two timber sliding sash windows having stone and concrete sills with raised rendered surrounds. Square-headed door opening with timber glazed door and raised rendered surround. Roughcast rendered outbuildings (east) with pitched corrugated-iron roofs.

The form of this house two-storey design and central doorway is typical of more formal nineteenth century buildings. However, vernacular influences are visible in the elongated plan and irregular fenestration. The retention of original timber sliding sash windows enhances the structure while the sill course detailing and opening surrounds greatly enliven the facade.
