Jessie Buckley

Jessie Buckley emerged from Killarney, County Kerry, where she was born on 28 December 1989. She is the great-granddaughter of Madge Clifford, an Irish republican, and later trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Her career spans stage, screen and song, earning awards from the Oscars to the Olivier for roles ranging from Agnes Shakespeare to Sally Bowles.
