Formerly detached eight-bay four-storey mill, built c.1820. Now in use as drying store, with four-bay extension to south and recent steel-clad extensions to gables. Pitched roof. Broken coursed limestone walls. Square-headed openings having double timber sliding sash windows and boarded-up door openings, with brick surrounds. Large door openings inserted, with concrete surrounds. Retains interior features.

The red brick surrounds and rubble masonry walls of this building provide textural interest. The regular fenestration provides a pleasing rhythm to the façade. Unlike most mills in North Tipperary, this building is still in use in the milling industry.
