Fairy fort / stone ringfort

What is recorded here

In undulating pasture. Roughly circular area, (65m N-S; 59m E-W) enclosed by remains of two stone walls (H 0.3m; Wth 1.6m) with rubble-filled intervening fosse (D 1.5m). Much loose stone lies around the walls. Interior slopes downwards towards E. Subrectangular hut site (7.5m x 6.2m)(MA118-080003-) in NW. Man-made underground passage (MA118-080002-) on W. Entrance with causeway (Wth 1.6m), lined with 14 stone slabs, on E. Site enclosed by stone field fence. The above description has been derived from D.
