Indicated is a fairy fort or stone ringfort in Skrine, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies an oval area measuring 42.6m east-west and 32.9m north-south on a gentle NW-facing plateau slope. A grass-covered stone spread defines the perimeter, with traces of inner and outer facing stones visible at the NW. A field wall now overlies much of the boundary, while a small hut-site and relict field bank remain attached inside and at the south edge.
On a gentle NW-facing slope on a plateau. Oval area (dims 42.6m E-W; 32.9m N-S) defined by a grass-covered stone spread (Wth 2.1-4.3m; H 0.1-0.2m) with traces of inner and outer facing- stones (original Wth 1.9-2m) at NW. The perimeter is overlain by a field wall NW-E-SSE. There is a hut-site (RO041-088002-) (diam. c. 7m) defined by an arc of a stone spread inside the perimeter at N, and a relict field bank is attached to the perimeter at S.
