On a slight rise in an undulating landscape. Subcircular grass-covered platform with some deciduous trees (dims 36m NNE-SSW; 30.2m WNW-ESE) defined by a scarp (H 1.2-1.8m) E-S-W merging into the slope elsewhere, with traces of a silted fosse (Wth of top 4.4m; Wth of base 1m; D 0.25m) SE-SW. The interior is overlain by a WNW-ESE field wall, and the church (RO048-088002-) is S of this feature.
