In wet gently undulating pasture on slight N-facing slope. Slightly raised, roughly D-shaped area (18m WNW-ESE; 16m NNE-SSW) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 2.4m; int. H 0.3m) with an external fosse (Wth 3.35m; D 0.3m). The bank is linear on the SSW side forming the straight side of the D-shaped area. The original entrance is not recognisable. The fosse is not visible SSE-SW. A hut site (SL011-126002-) is located against the inner face of the bank at NNE.
