What is recorded here
Situated in a slight natural hollow with higher ground on practically all sides. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). On inspection this was found to be an irregular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) defined by a narrow wall of apparently modern construction. Most of the wall is heavily overgrown. The interior is hollow and damp and overgrown with rushes.
