Indicated

Near the top of a S-facing ridge on rocky ground overgrown with scrub, on the E side of Ballyvaughan valley. Indicated on the 1916 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. A circular enclosure (est. diam. 32m) defined from WNW to S by a rubble filled wall (Wth 1.8-3m wide; H 0.8-1m) with no clear facing and a possible entrance (Wth 0.9m) at SE. From S-WNW it is enclosed by a more modern wall. Inside the enclosure, there is a possible hut or pen (int. diam. 4m) NE of centre, outlined by stones (H 0.5-0.7m).
