Marked as a circular enclosure on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and located towards the top of the S-facing slope of a broad hill. The cropmark of an oval enclosure (dims. c. 50m N-S; c. 30m E-W) defined by a single fosse feature is visible on aerial photographs (MM (32) 31-36).
