Roadside remains of chapel, indicated on OS 6-inch map (1842) as "R.C. Chapel (in ruins)". Rectangular plan (int. 6.9m NE-SW; 4m NW-SE; wall H 1.8m; wall thickness 0.58m), with door ope in SW wall. Altar at NE end lit by two narrow lintelled windows in NE wall. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
