Indicated

In rough pasture, on the external side of the S wall of Kilboglashy graveyard (SL020-109002-) and c. 8m to SW of church (SL020-109001-); now incorporated within an extension to the graveyard. The ruin of a rectangular structure (on an E-W axis) which is built of random rubble limestone (wall T 1m) with mud mortar and densely covered with overgrowth. Only low remains of the S (H c. 4m), N and W walls are evident. There is a wide gap in the centre of the E wall. The building is described by O'Rorke (1878, 23) as 'fifty-two feet long, and twenty-three wide, measured externally' vaulted with stone and containing at least 'two apartments...one in the basement, and the other a croft, between vault and roof' and concludes that this, and a similar structure (SL020-109003-) c. 30m to N, are associated with the church and may have been the refectory and Abbot's house.
