Named 'Charter Ho.' on 1842 OS 6-inch map. H-shaped, 2-storey structure. Front elevation of 7 bays; three central bays deeply recessed; central ground floor window flanked by doors, obscured by modern porch. Side elevations 2 bays deep. Hipped roof; off-centre chimneys. Doors and windows modernised. Now in residential use.
