What is recorded here

Indicated is a subcircular cashel on a low Galway hill, its collapsed drystone wall still marking a space roughly thirty-eight metres across. Grass and overgrowth have swallowed much of the boundary, yet the northwest arc remains clear enough to suggest a lived enclosure rather than a random heap of stones. The site resists easy reading because a later field line cuts across one edge, but that intrusion also proves the land kept changing hands and uses.

On a low hill in grassland. Subcircular cashel (c. 38m NW-SE; c. 30m NE-SW), in fair condition, defined by a collapsed grassed-over drystone wall best preserved at NW.
