In pasture, on gentle N-facing slope. Arc formed by earthen bank (H 1.4m) survives to SE, incorporated into field fence system, with shallow external fosse (D 0.45m); Interior defined as slight circular depression in field. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 1: West Cork' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1992).
