Situated on the E facing slope on high ground with low-lying bogland to the E. Barely discernible outline of a destroyed enclosure (diam 27m N-S) defined by a scarp with external fosse (Wth 2m) visible at S. Depicted on 1840 edition of OS 6-inch map as an almost square shaped enclosure.
