Indicated is a flat-topped crannog on Curraun Lough in County Leitrim, Ireland. The lake has since shrunk from its 1835 mapped size, lifting the island into view and joining it to the northern shore. It stands thirty metres from another crannog, a small cluster of water places rather than a lonely monument.

Located towards the N end of Curraun Lough, a small oval lake (max. dims c. 250m NW-SE; c. 100m NE-SW) that is represented on the 1835 edition of the OS 6-inch map as being larger (max. dims c. 325m NW-SE; c. 150m NE-SW). The lake is on a N-S canalised stream, and the crannog is now joined to the shore at N. This is an overgrown, circular, flat-topped island (diam. 25m E-W; H 0.35m) with no visible surface evidence of artificial construction. Crannog (LE033-002----) is c. 30m to the SE.
