
What is recorded here
Marked faintly as rectangular enclosure (dims. c. 50m E-W; c. 40m N-S) with a moat or bank on the E and S sides on the 1839 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. It is situated on the crest of a scarp down to the W-E Ballyedmond River, c. 100m to the N. It is not visible at ground level in a cereal crop.
