Indicated is a circular fairy fort in County Mayo, Ireland, holding a twenty-three-metre platform above gently rising pasture. Men quarried away its south-east edge and dug a pit near the north-west scarp, yet the remaining bank and terrace still frame the view toward the eastern horizon. The missing stone likely built nearby homes or roads, transforming ancient boundary into ordinary utility while the grass and gorse reclaimed the broken circle.

In improved pasture, located on gently rising ground. Good views E–SE, restricted by rising ground to NW. Circular platform (22.2m NE–SW; c. 23m NW–SE) defined S–NE by a scarp (H 1m at NW), outside which it is enclosed SSE–N by a fosse (Wth 3.2m at NW), with an external bank (Wth 3.3m; int. H 1.1m; ext. H 0.7m at NW) at SW–N. At SSE–SSW the fosse takes the form of a terrace and its outer edge is incorporated into a field fence on a NE–SW axis. The SE quadrant of the rath interior and the SE arc of the fosse and external bank have been quarried away. Another quarry pit (8m NE–SW; c. 4m NW-SE; D 1.1m) cuts into the rath interior, just inside the scarp at NW–N. Grass cover, with hawthorn and gorse on the perimeter, especially at S–SW.
