Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cloonkeen (athlone South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. The site appears as a small enclosure on 1837 and 1911 maps, sits on a rise at the north edge of a bog, and is no longer visible because farm buildings occupy it. A possible rath lies about 200m to the west-northwest.
Marked as a small enclosure (diam. c. 25-30m) on the 1837 and 1911 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a rise at the N edge of a bog. It not visible at ground level and is now occupied by farm buildings. The possible rath (RO050-010----) is c. 200m to the WNW.
