Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Cloonkeen (athlone South By.), County Roscommon, Ireland. It appears as a circular enclosure thirty-five to forty metres wide on the 1837 Ordnance Survey map, sitting on a slight rise at the north edge of a bog. The ground-level pasture no longer shows the feature, while a possible rath lies two hundred metres to the east-southeast.
Marked as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 35-40m) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a slight rise at the N edge of a bog. It is not visible at ground level in pasture. The possible rath (RO050-011----) is c. 200m to the ESE.
