What is recorded here
Situated on a gentle N-facing slope in an area of good grazing. Listed as ‘Enclosure’ in the SMR (1992) and the RMP (1996). Visible on an aerial photograph (HSL 9221/2). On inspection in 1999 this was found to be subcircular enclosure (int. diam. 16m) of apparently modern construction defined by a slab-built stone wall.
