In level pasture. Sub-rectangular area (28m N-S; 19m E-W) defined by earthen bank (int. H 0.7m; ext. H 0.6m) SSE->NNW with external fosse (D 0.6m); scarp elsewhere. Gap (Wth 2.1m) in bank at NW. Sides of enclosure are straight to E and W and curved to N and E. Interior raised above surrounding field level.
