What is recorded here

Indicated is a holy well at the north end of Carton Demesne in County Kildare, nestled near a possible nunnery site. Dense vegetation swallowed the marker in 1985, hiding the water from human eyes. The land may be guarding a forgotten prayer, waiting for someone patient enough to listen beneath the leaves.
