Indicated is a fairy fort or earthen ringfort in Carricklom, County Roscommon, Ireland. It occupies a low rise in a hollow as a circular grass-covered area measuring forty-six and a half metres east-west and forty-three and a half metres north-south. A scarp rising zero point five to one point one metres defines the perimeter, while an outer fosse extends zero point five five metres deep on the northeast edge. A field bank circumscribes the southwest boundary, and no visible entrance breaks the continuous earthwork.
On a low rise in a hollow. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 46.5m E-W; 43.5m N-S) defined by a scarp (H 0.5-1.1m), with an outer fosse (Wth of top 8m; Wth of base 4m; ext. D 0.55m) NE-ENE. There is no visible entrance, but the perimeter is circumscribed by a field bank S-W. Rath (RO017-040----) is c. 170m to the N, and ceremonial enclosure (RO017-089001-) is c. 120m to the SW.
