
What is recorded here
Marked on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map where it is described in italic lettering as `Old Corn Kiln', and situated in a hollow. There is no other information and it is not visible at ground level in pasture. There is no reason to believe it is anything other than a disused early modern corn-drying kiln.
