What is recorded here

Indicated is a ruined stone ringfort on a high Cork moorland shelf, its twenty-metre circle marked only by a low wall and faint outer ditch. It faces north along the valley, waiting for people whose names vanished before the stones stopped being a home. The slight northern rise suggests someone lived there long enough to learn the slope and shape the ground against it.

In mountainous moorland, on high shelf looking N along valley. Circular area (diam. 20m) enclosed by ruinous remains of stone wall (H 0.4m) topped by stone field fence. Possible outer wall (H 0.3m) with shallow intervening fosse W->E. Interior raised slightly on N side to compensate for downslope.
