On inspection in 1998 this was deemed to be 18th/19th century in date. The remains of another house (CL016-091005-) lie 2m to the N and a three-roomed house (CL016-091002-) lies c. 15m to the E. The three houses appear to have been built around a square. A cashel lies 50m to the E.
