On laneway. Front of 4 bays, off-centre door to right with curved projecting jambs, attic window in left end wall. Hipped roof with thatch; off-centre brick chimney to right. Addition to rear. Abandoned. Yard enclosed to front by range of 2-storey farm buildings.
