In pasture, near crest of low hill. D-shaped area (20.4m N-S; 32.1m E-W), straight arm on W side; enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1m; ext. H 1.7m) with external fosse (D 0.65m; Wth 0.8m). Field boundary abuts SW corner of enclosure. Gap in bank (Wth 2.8m) at SSW. Interior, under pasture, slopes down to N.
