What is recorded here
In pasture, on W-facing slope. Monument, depicted as embanked circular enclosure (diam. c. 40m) on 1841 OS 6-inch map, has been levelled. However, it is still apparent as roughly circular area (46m N-S; 44m E-W) defined by a scarped edge (H 0.45m; Wth 3m) WSW->NW and NNE->E. Elsewhere band of stunted grass delimits edge of site. Interior raised on W side to compensate for slope of terrain. Entire site under grass.
