In rough hill pasture, in a sheltered valley on the W-facing slopes of Hungry Hill. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 2.6m) defined by the lower course of a stone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.1m) which protrudes intermittently above the surface of the bog. Another hut site (CO116-048003-) is c. 20m to the NE. The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Cork. Volume 5' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2009).
