Hut site in Releagh

In rough hill pasture, on a SE-sloping ridge and within a network of relict field boundaries (KE102-088011-). Described in 2000 as the remains of a circular hut site (2.7m N-S; 3m E-W) defined by a partially grass-covered, drystone wall (T 0.7m; H 0.4m) which protruded above the surface of the shallow bog. The S portion of the interior was raised (H 0.2m) to compensate for the hillslope. On a subsequent inspection in 2007 there were no visible remains of this hut site, the land having been reclaimed and reseeded.
