Hut site in Kilteenbane — Report the wrong picture

Kilteenbane holds a circular rath on the valley floor between Corrin Hill and Knockbrack, guarding a ruined stone hut barely four and a half metres wide. The small chamber sits slightly west of the enclosure's heart, exposing an ancient domestic arrangement rather than a grand ceremonial stage. Whoever built it chose a protected hollow where the land could be worked, watched and remembered without wasting strength on display.

Circular univallate rath KE036-079---- encloses the remains of a single hut. It is situated on the floor of the small valley which is bounded to NW by Corrin Hill and to SE by Knockbrack. The very ruined remains of a circular stone hut (KE036-079001-), c. 4.6m in diameter, are located a little W of the centre of the enclosure. The above description is derived from J.
