In undulating rough hill pasture, on the NE-facing slope of Knockowen Mountain. The remains of a D-shaped hut site (3.25m E-W) defined by a curving, drystone wall (T c. 0.6m; H 0.65m) with a straight E side (L 3.9m N-S) formed by the vertical face of outcropping rock (H 1.2m). Rubble from the collapsed upper courses is scattered along the perimeter. A hut site (KE109-055001-) abuts the S arc. There is an enclosure (KE109-055007-) 34m to the NE.
