Hut site in Fehanagh

In undulating rough hill pasture, on the NE-facing slope of Knockowen Mountain. The remains of an oval hut site (2.8m E-W; 2m N-S) defined by the lower courses of a collapsed drystone wall (T c. 0.6m; H 0.75m) which is covered with moss and grass. Rubble from the collapsed upper courses is scattered along the perimeter. There is an entrance (Wth 0.6m) at E. This hut site abuts the N wall of another hut site (KE109-055003-) to the S. There is a hut site (KE109-055004-) immediately to the SE and another hut site (KE109-055001-) is situated 12m to the N.
