Hut site in Derrynafinnia

In rough heather-clad hill pasture, on the SE-facing slopes of The East Pap of Dana. The remains of a D-shaped hut (2m N-S) defined by a heather-covered, curving stone wall (T 0.6m; H 0.3m) and by a straight N side (L 1.7m E-W), formed by the face of a rock outcrop. The SE portion of the interior is raised (H 0.2m) to compensate for the hillslope. The interior is obscured by heather-covered rubble. The entrance (Wth 0.6m) is at S. There is a relict field wall (KE076-068004-) c. 55m to the E and a hut site (KE076-068002-) c. 15m to the W.
