Hut site in Cuilsheeghary Beg

In the centre of a cashel (SL040-16301-), and occupying much of the available space in the interior. The remains of an oval stone-built hut (9.3m E-W; 6.5m N-S) built up at SSE-S to compensate for the hillslope. The enclosing wall survives as a low moss-covered rise (Wth 1.2m; H 0.3m), topping a scarp (H 0.8) SE-S. There is a break (Wth 2.7m) in the wall at WSW.
