Carriganimmy preserves a tiny circular hut on a sunny ridge terrace, its jumbled stones still protruding above the bog beside a standing stone and five-stone circle. The compact chamber may have served as a shelter, workshop or seasonal dwelling for people moving through the hill grazing. It is not a grand palace, but a small human answer to wind, rain and the need for a place to return.

In rough hill grazing, on a terrace on the SE-facing slopes of a ridge extending SW from Musherabeg. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 2.3m) defined by a jumbled stone wall (T 0.8m; H 0.4m) which protrudes above the surface of the bog. The hut site abuts the wall of a possible enclosure (CO048-097006-) at S. A standing stone (CO048-097002-) is c. 5m to the NW and a five-stone circle (CO048-097001-) is c. 10m to the NW.
