What is recorded here
Located in the NW quadrant of a cashel (MA082-045----). A horseshoe-shaped structure (4.5m E–W; 5.5-6m N–S) defined by a rough drystone wall (Wth 1.4m; H 0.2m), open to the S. When inspected in 1997 it was obscured by overgrowth and difficult to examine; it appeared to be rather crudely constructed. It may be the remains of a hut site, or perhaps it simply served as a sheep fold.
