Hut site in An Coimín (tc An Mhín Aird)

Cahernacummeen/Cathair an Choimín: Roughly circular cashel KE054-069---- is located about 225m NE of KE054-075----. A roughly oval hut foundation (KE054-069002-) in the W part of the interior measures 3.7m N-S x 2.8m E-W internally, and the drystone-built wall stands to a maximum height of .7m. No clearly defined entrance is preserved but there are small niches in the inner face at N and W. The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne.
