End-of-terrace three-bay two-storey house, extant 1903, on a rectangular plan. One of a terrace of three. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack (south) having stepped capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves retaining cast-iron downpipes. Fine roughcast wall to front (west) elevation; rendered, ruled and lined surface finish (remainder). Square-headed door opening (north) with cut-granite threshold, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed window openings to side (south) elevation, concealed dressings having chamfered reveals with hood mouldings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set back from line of road with rendered boundary wall to perimeter supporting looped wrought iron railings.

A house erected as one of a terrace of three houses representing an integral component of the domestic built heritage of the outskirts of Enniscorthy with the architectural value of the composition suggested by such attributes as the compact rectilinear plan form; and the diminishing in scale of the openings on each floor producing a graduated visual impression. Having been well maintained, the elementary form and massing survive intact together with substantial quantities of the original fabric, both to the exterior and to the restrained interior, thus upholding the character or integrity of a house forming part of a self-contained ensemble making a pleasing visual statement in a sylvan street scene.
