Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c. 1800, with annexes to rear; one of six; in use as offices. Painted render finish, with plain string course to parapet and to first floor cill levels. Upper floors having square headed openings with cills, windows are replacement aluminium. Round headed openings to ground floor with moulded architraves, plain fanlight over door, windows having cills and replacement panes.
Georgian building retaining its sense of scale and proportion despite refenestration. Significant for its contribution to the streetscape as one of six.
