Attached two-bay two-storey house, built c, 1840, formerly also in use as shop, now with integral carriage arch to ground floor. Hipped and pitched slate roof with render eaves brackets. Rendered walls with render quoins. Square-headed openings with moulded render surrounds and replacement uPVC windows. Shopfront comprising render pilasters with render consoles, fascia and moulded cornice. Pair of timber battened double doors to carriage arch.
The render detailing is a notable features of this building, adding decorative and textual interest to it and to the streetscape. Though altered by the insertion of the carriage arch and uPVC windows, the render detailing remains intact.
