Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1890, retaining original fenestration. Reroofed, c.1990. One of a group of two. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1990, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted roughcast wall. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and 2/2 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, and overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
A pleasant house of modest-form and appearance, built as one of a group of two (with 22821069/WD-31-21-69), which retains its original form and most of its original fabric, and which contributes to the character of the streetscape.
