Detached three-bay single-storey house, between 1900-24 (dated 1935). Now disused. One of a group of at least four. Hipped gabled roof with profiled tile, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks having stepped capping, rendered coping, and aluminium rainwater goods on timber eaves. Fine roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings with sills, and two-over-two timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening with glazed timber panelled door having overlight (now boarded-up). Square-headed door opening to rear (north-west) elevation with three steps, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Set back from street in own grounds with fine roughcast boundary wall having rendered coping, rendered piers having pyramidal capping, and iron gate [SS].

A picturesque small-scale house built as one of a development of at least four individual units (including 15603160 - 162) representing an element of the continued development of the outskirts or suburbs of Enniscorthy in the early twentieth century or interwar period. Although presently (2005) out of use, the house has historically been well maintained to present an early aspect with most of the original fabric surviving in place, thus upholding the integrity of the composition in the streetscape.
