Terraced single- or two-bay three-storey house, dated 1812, on a rectangular plan. One of a pair. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack (south) supporting terracotta or yellow terracotta tapered pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered red brick header bond stepped eaves retaining cast-iron downpipe. Rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed door opening (north) with cut-granite threshold, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings (south) with cut-granite sills, and concealed dressings framing timber casement (ground floor), six-over-six (first floor) or three-over-three (top floor) timber sash windows. Street fronted with concrete footpath to front.

A house erected as one of a pair of houses representing an integral component of the early nineteenth-century domestic built heritage of Enniscorthy with the architectural value of the composition, one carrying the initials of an now-unknown builder ("P.T."), suggested by such attributes as the compact plan form; and the diminishing in scale of the openings on each floor producing a graduated visual impression. Having been reasonably well maintained, the elementary form and massing survive intact together with substantial quantities of the original fabric, both to the exterior and to the interior, thus upholding the character or integrity of a house forming part of a self-contained ensemble making a pleasing visual statement in Saint John's Street.
